Founded in the 1970's as Bill Preston Electric, the company built a solid reputation for service as an electrical contractor for commercial and industrial ventures.  When Bill retired in 2002, Jay Linkenhelt took over the company and has continued the outstanding service established by Mr. Preston. In 2002, now as  Preston-Link Electric, Inc., the company expanded into residential service work and computer and data cabling.  Preston-Link Electric, Inc. is one of the top electrical contractors in North Central Florida for Industrial, Commercial and Residential work. Preston-Link Electric, Inc. is a member of the Builders Association of North Central Florida (www.bancf.com) and the Greater Gainesville Area Association for Technical Training, Inc.
